- Below is a visual representation of our study flow outlining our study steps. Here is what we will be collecting:
- Baseline data including demographics and clinical information related to their diagnosis, treatment, and other necessary data variables including any lab or pathology information.
- Assessing the health-related quality of life to have a better understanding of the financial, emotional, and other factors that are contributing to their disease diagnosis burden.
- Collecting matched tumor normal paired specimens for WES and RNA-seq for genomic analyses with our external collaborator, Boston Gene.
- Our data will then be extracted from the electronic health record, de-identified, and uploaded into our secure REDCap database.
- Clinical Data will then be aggregated and uploaded onto Ikigai Labs who will help with general data analysis and machine learning building.
